What keto can do for you...feel free to critique - Friday, July 17, 2009 12:30 PM ( #1 )
Most my life, I was a small framed endomorph, very little guy but had incredibly high bodyfat for my size, even though I was small and ran long distance daily as a part of the cross country team. Still had the classic manboobs and 3 rolls on the gut. So I decided to start working out 2 and a half years ago, and for 2 whole years all I did was dirty bulk and lift hard, making me a buff fattie, but a fattie nonetheless. But for the past 4 or 5 months, Ive been eating fairly clean, which my last 2 months dedicated to the TKD up until now, where Ive been doing CKD into almost my third week now. The pics suck cause I dont know how to use my timer and I was tired as hell from my chest workout, so I have no back pics or anything, just a couple of snapshots of my improvement that as an ex-ENDOMORPH, Im very proud of.

P.S. I do have a sort of "before" picture where the camera is flashing in my face, at this point I am lightyears ahead of what I used to be prior to working out, but you will still see the pudge  that I havent burned off yet until using the TKD/CKD.

Current pics at 5'9, 141lbs (lost a lot of muscle, admittedly)....

And heres the slightly pudgy before me at 5'9, 170 about 6 months ago...

You're looking really lean and healthy.  Now that you have the weight under control are you going to continue building some muscle and keep the fat under control?

Puma, squats deadlift bench? Well, Im very lean now as Seoinage pointed out, but very weak. I squat and deadlift 185 now, and its tough for me. I only use dumbells for chest, and I used 55lbers with very slow controlled motion.

Seoinage, I dont think I CAN build muscle without slapping fat right back on, so Im just gonna stick with the CKD and see how my gains go at least 2 months or so from now. But yes, my overall goal is to keep burnin fat and put on or at least sustain muscle and just look as ripped as can be. Whatever works best in the end.

can't really compare.. one picture was taken at a good distance.. the others are all just up close body part shots, it's hard to really critique photos like that.

I don't notice much of a difference at all, but that might be because of the pictures.  What's the deal with the toliet paper in the tub in the last picture?
