I take straight caffeine in place of my morning coffee. I also avoid the rancid breath and teeth staining. I've tried the supplements such as Nutrex Lipo6, Biotest Hot Rox, VPX No Shotgun, etc, and all of them are just okay. If your looking for strength building, VPX NO Shotgun is the best I've ever used. However, if just a safe source of energy, get caffeine. It's natural and doesn't have any insane additives except calcium and tyrosine to quicken absorption. One is an amino acid, and the other an element both of which are also, natural. Prosource.net, get extreme caffeine. 4.95 for 100 tabs.
Current Supplements: Multi, Whey, Caffeine, BCAA, Vitamin C, Calcium Current Cycle: Strength "Do not go where the path may lead, instead go where there is no path, and leave a trail."

I'm a big fan of green tea. Tastes great and gives you a bunch of health benefits.
