Creatine Mono has no taste...its unflavored..best way is to put a tbl spoon on your tongue and chug it back with grape juice.

If you ingest pure creatine will it absorb into your system? You know muscletech claims it won't.

it will definitely absorb. muscletech is retarded, there all flash and no show. however there are things u can do to increase absorption such as create an insulin spike.

If you ingest pure creatine will it absorb into your system? You know muscletech claims it won't. If that is true than I would no longer trust Muscletech. Either they are lying to sell you something expensive (creatine is inexpensive and effective) or they are completely unaware of Sports Science..either way... Over 300 published scientific papers that relied on creatine mono say it will absorb and the body knows exactly what to do with it. The body makes its own creatine. We are just causing it to raise the amount it will store! Even if you stop, the new level of storage stays up for 30 days!

The body maintains blood and muscle creatine homeostasis at a certain level. Supplementation can increase this level. When you don't take creatine anymore, the body continues to maintain the new level and gradually reduces it...taking about 30 days to get to the pre supplementation levels again. L-Carnitine?... are you going to use Acytl L-Carnitine? That is more specific for fat burning. The effective dose is 3 grams a day split into smaller doses...2x1500 or 4x750 or 6x500...
