Hey guys, Im new to this site so I thought I'd share my questions with the topic on suppliments. I've been lifting for about 2 years now. I used to be over weight at 270 , ( mind you i was 17 at the time) then i decided to diet and i dropped down to 198. scince then i've been strength training and experimenting on several different suppliments . My first was nitro tech and i got some good results. high price but it did the trick. then I had iso flex and creatine. ( Not knowing how to or when to take suppliments I took then either before and after A work out ). a couple months ago I weighed about 235 . But that was taking muscle juice ( which sux cuz after doing my research it was filled with sugar) so I was maintaing 230. Then I took Quick Masss that I got amazing resaults. I got my bench up from 185 to 205 in 2 weeks. now that ive been off for a month Im back down to 225. This is where im asking for your input. I have much more knowledge with my food and nutrition and routine stuff. But at the moment I'm taking whey sensation to maintain and hopefully increase some strength. What are some other suppliments that will benifit my muscle strength and gain a little bit of size, as opposed to bloating and bolging.( even though I understand that what happens when you bulk). Im not trying to bulk, just gain alittle more size. keep in mind i have a rather slow metabolism. Is whey sensation good for the time being?
