170 and 5'8"?? thats where im at too, im tryna get to 210 tho, i guess you bf at 9 or 10% i think, for 170 lbs your arms are pretty small, u must have big legs or something..strong points, chest and abs, id say bulk up to 200 and cut down to 180
update! 8/3/09 maxes and goals bench - need to remax goal bench - 405 squat - need to remax goal squat - 500 deadlift - need to remax goal deadlift - 500 weight -174.8 8%bf

yah, my legs are not in porportion with my upperbody, i think i was genetically gifted with strong legs, b/c b4 i started gettin into liftin i could deadlift 250 easy, lol. This was when my max bench was around 100 lol.

This was when my max bench was around 100 lol. That has more to do with back than legs..I would guess 8-10 bf, your pretty cut up.
Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."

There's very little width in your lats. That stood out to me first. Among other things you just look skinny. Not to say you aren't ripped. But I don't know how you're carrying 180 on a 5'8 frame.lol

ya he's hiding that 170 somewhere. put a leg post up, cause you look 155 to me. You could definately put some more upper body mass on, but honestly I would take those good leg genetics and keep with it, and have beast legs.

I wouldn't go a far as to say skinny. Bit unfair on the dude! He's got obvious muscle developement and low bf..Which all that needs doing is adding mass..Unless you are happy where you are? I'd aim for like 10-15 lean lbs of muscle, you'd look a lot better. Just do it slowly, don't bother with dirty bulking.

AnthonyH644 Heh, you do look awfully scrawny Is that constructive? No. Pictures can be deceiving. Looks like you are putting in work. I would do what others have said and clean bulk. You said 180, I would say 185 and you would fill out a lot more. Keep it up man.

Not a bad physique, your slim, ripped and obviously got a low bg (prolly around 9%) depends where you want to go from here but a bulk to add around 20lbs on and you would look pretty jacked :)

Clean bulk, work on deltoids, trapezius, and latissimus dorsi.
