Thanks for the ideas. I heard you breakfast should be the biggest and most nutritious and lunch should be smaller and dinner is smallest meal of the day.

Any other recipes out there?

yes, i've said it before

"eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen, and dinner like a peasant."

Yes, as have people before you.

I'm not trying to bust your balls, that just bugs me.

This is good to hear! The different breakfast ideas!

Does anyone do anything that isnt normally a breakfast type meal? IE: steak or fish or w/e?

When i'm bulking, i'll make turkey sausage and eggs, and sometimes my mom might make me a country ham or a small steak

Doesn't matter if you explicitly said it, you implied it.  And I don't have to look any further than this thread:

yes, i've said it before

eating huge in the morning is really important when you're trying to cut

The correct way to say it would have been "As [insert author's name here] has said before..."

You implied that you originated the statement, and that is called plagiarism, and it is very un-ethical.

In the previous thread where you said that, you were praised for making that saying by more than one member.  You then conveniently forgot to mention that it wasn't your saying in the first place, and let everyone continue to quote you and be amazed at your intelligent thought.

Give credit where credit is due.

Because it establishes false credibility.

I could go to the Training forum and spit out quotes from Mark Rippetoe and Bill Starr to people who don't know any better, and make them think that I know more than I do, then when they come to me wanting different advice they wouldn't realize I don't know what I'm talking about.

Too many people on here try to act smarter than they really are <--- this comment is not aimed at boomer, just a generalization

I started making my omelettes with chicken. Like If had chicken and veggies for dinner, for breakfast I put the leftovers in my omelette. I kept asking myself it it was right to mix chicken and eggs together. It did not keep me up at night or anything, but it keep running through my mind "I mean..it is okay to mix chicken and eggs? ...and who can I ask to verify?"

There's no reason to get overheated about what I said.

I was never mad about this, and I wasn't trying to say this one instance is a big deal.  But if someone gets by with taking other people's material, chances are they do it again.  It can get to the point where they look like a human encyclopedia, but in reality the other half of their advice that spit out on their own is skewed.  It pollutes the boards with a bunch of garbage.

this really is funny.  I said "as i've said before...."  guess what?????? I've said that quote before.  Did you even notice I put it into quotations?  You probably failed to notice because you were looking for a fight so badly.

I did not imply that I made it up.  You're simply in the middle of your period or something.  It's sad that you'd bring something so small like this up.

Hahahaha so just because I did not make a works cited MLA style and attach it to my post, i imply that i made it up?   That's probably the funniest thing I've said all day.  Anyone looking in from an outside perspective see's how stupid you are.

yep. i agree boomer.  even though some famous guy mentioned this phrase... that doesn't mean he was the first to say it.    for all we know.. KING TUT himself might have mentioned it for the first time back in egypt.  who knows?

i'm not going to take sides though.  i myself have gotten into a few stupid arguments before myself.    we all act like little girls on the RAG sometimes..   but that's ok.     nothing personal usually and a few squats with some peanut butter make things all better.    NBS knows what i'm talking about.  i've had my fair share of silly moments
