hey guys.. ive recently noticed 3 or 4 stetch marks on each sidfe of my body rite under my obliques and my upper biceps.. im not overweight or anything.. never had them before.. their getting redder and burn when i work out sometimes.. what are these from.. ive actually lost weight in my cutting stage and now they appear? What are they from and how can i get rid of them? feed back is appreciated thanks

i got those shortly after i started training hard a few years back, i went from 160lbs to 213 lbs in a matter of months, u get em if gain or lose weight quickly u cant really get rid of them, but you can lessen their appearance by using something like mederma
update! 8/3/09 maxes and goals bench - need to remax goal bench - 405 squat - need to remax goal squat - 500 deadlift - need to remax goal deadlift - 500 weight -174.8 8%bf

bio oil is decent, and can be bought from most pharmacists

Coconut oil, shea butter, cocoa butter. All are good for stretch marks.

They probably came from gaining weight but turned red once you started losing weight. Never heard of them burning before. I have an ample supply of stretch marks but I do have a decent amount of fat on me.

makes sense.. i left to college weighing 230 and with our football workouts at school i got to 260 gaining 2.8 percent bodyfat and then i came home and am now back down to 240 so yea.. but it sucks .. im kinda self conscoius boutem now .. <-----how gay of me hehe

I think he was saying he gained 2.8% BF, not that he was at 2.8% BF. Not sure about everyone one else but I look at my stretch marks with pride and consider them battle marks. Granted mine don't burn.
