i second that nav, mono works just fine. most of the rest just have some kind of sugar or the other added to it.

Look for the stuff that says "Creapure." You might just be a non-responder, but even those types respond when creatine is taken after a workout.

So should i switch to taking the remaining creatine from morning and before workout to morning and after workout, or before and after workout

mark tallon wrote a very good article on the bs thats going around about creatine absorption Best-case scenario at a pH 7.0 solution (such as tap water) you will have 85% of the original creatine dose you placed in your drink at day 120. So anyone claiming a 100% breakdown of creatine in fluids, juices or similar liquids in minutes or seconds are pulling your chain, or more importantly your purse strings…don't be fooled!
