I maxed out a few weeks back. At 175 I did: Bench 1RM 275 Squat 1RM 245 Press 1RM 175 Didn't do Deads b/c I had just started doing them. Can you tell I've neglected my legs? I'm working hard to fix that though (squats and deads every day for my HST workouts). Hopefully the legs will catch up, but I feel pretty decent about where my bench and press is at. Been working out seriously for about 6 months now I guess.
Age: 26 Height: 5'10 Weight as of 8/31/08: 160lbs. Current weight: 178lbs. Semi-Clean Bulkin! Current Maxes as of 6/4/08: Squat: 250lbs. Deadlift: 255lbs. Bench: 285lbs.

Yeah that chart that coldfire mentioned has good goals to work towards. If you want to determine your goal max that is a good reference. It says that I'm a novice and I've either met or surpassed those standards, so I'm feeling pretty good right now.
Lifts: Bench-285, ATG Squat-485, Deadlift-495

ORIGINAL: Tommy_Boy420 i see your point. but at least do you know if 280x6 is...for a lack of a better word 'impressive' for 170? i ask these things because im self-conscious about pretty much everything in life. hell, when the gym gets crowded i get intimiated almost and just stop working out. i weigh 170 now and just pulled up 365

im about 147 bench: 160 ish, perhaps a bit more deads: 260 X 5 last time but probably 265 or 270 X5 squats: 225-235 ish
