I'm pretty much tired of being chubby. I'm not really fat or overweight, but I want muscle back. However, all I really want to know, is what would be the most effective (prefferably not painfully slow, summer is just around the corner :P) way to lose weight. I've read several diet plans and most i've been told are garbage. I'm just at a loss :(.
