you seem to know where you need to go, but how long have you been lifting? If its not for a fairly long time ~1 year, i wouldnt cut as you dont have a solid enough base. I wouldnt necessarily bulk but try to gain more muscle mass with effective cardio to get the bf% down while working on the muscles that you will eventually define

Don't you run and workout with the team? As I remember you are a OT/DT. I wouldn't suggest loosing any weight. Improve strength and explosive speed like we talked about and your body will change shape without loosing weight. A 265lb OT is a hell of a lot harder to push around than a 225lb OT.

Get some cardio in and train hard, do as ripped said. You will lose BF, but your weight might not exactly go down, but you will definitely change shape. Good luck buddy, football > all. :D

Can you afford protein powder? It's pretty cheap at wal-mart. Protein shake would make a good middle meal and you should drink one after you lift. If not buy tuna (well, buy tuna anyway). It's 50 cents a can. And eggs. Eggs are dirt cheap for a carton. Eggs and tuna will pull you through. Also pick up some sweet potatos. Also dirt cheap. All you have to do is split them open and pop them in the microwave. Great carbs and taste good too.

LOL Whey is good enough...I'd suggest eating less calories than you what you use in a full day. While still pushing yourself in the gym...I don't eat alot at home around 1500 calories a day max. So when I started eating alot more and working out constantly I got a hell of a lot bigger and more definition. So if you reverse the process you will lose the fat and still gain strength may not be alot more strength but it will do the job. For example your body uses 2000 calories with all your activities a day, eat about 1500 calories.
