There's so many supplements on the market we are confused enough! And now there's 10,000 eBooks on fitness and bodybuilding! Which ones are any good?

It's confusing. I mean really. Not only are there a ton of supplements on the market promising you just about everything but now there's a ton of ebooks on fitness and bodybuilding. I'm guilty. I wrote my first edition on the subject some time ago called "The Beginner's Guide to Fitness and Bodybuilding." It's 190 pages of what I feel is a great start for the beginner. And I had to go out to some review site (unrelated to fitness) and let them review it.

But here we are on a bodybuilding forum. With about 100 questions total about ebooks and such, and everybody is asking and not getting really direct answers about the ebooks they are so curious about. Seems silly really.

Amazon has a review section for every book. Somebody buys the book, goes in, gives a review (sometimes good, sometimes crap) and we all read it before we get it. Helps with the curiosity. And several times I've not purchased a book based on just that.

So late at night I came up with the idea of dedicating a forum to this subject. We dedicate a forum to training. To supplements. To nutrition. Why the heck not ebooks? In 2 years, there might be more books on the subject from unknown authors then protein powders?!

How This Works:

You purchase a book on fitness or bodybuilding. You come here. You review it. Be honest. Be as clear as possible. And be detailed. Don't just tell us it sucked and you waited too long to get a refund. That doesn't help.

Over time this forum will grow as with any of them. I have personally bought 3 ebooks and I will move them to this forum to get things rolling. Maybe I got a bit too detailed in mine. Maybe not enough. But use them as an example of what helps others when it comes to making an informed choice.

As with anything, don't just start copying and pasting books. Review the work. Keep it honest and keep it focused.

Best of luck. I'd like to see this one take off!

My Personal Disclose Policy:

Some people would call me an Fitness Marketer, which is just a word for a person who sometimes promotes products that helps to pay the bills.

This forum allows me a lot of opportunity to test out fitness products for myself, network with people and pay some of those nasty bills. Occasionally my reviews do have a commercial aspect to it.

You’ll find that some but not all of the products I may promote, I will earn some type of commission from them. In a sense, I’m in business with a particular vendor.

If you are offended by this, no worries, this content probably isn’t for you.

However, I only recommend products I have used or would tell my mom to use. That is my promise to you.

My intention is to share my excitement for some of the fitness stuff I come across. I hope you obtain some valuable information from this site.
