I figured with BigBossMan knowing a few things about strength and powerlifting and some of the discussions going that way, it was time to devote a section to just getting strong over just getting big.

The #1 mistake i see in the Gym is that people don't know if they want to be a body builder or a powerlifter.
Adrenalin is my drug of choice.
