I' ve been doing about 2-3 sets of pull-ups for my back routine. Today I decided to hang a few weights off myself.
First, I did 8 with 20lbs. Too easy. Tried a 25lb for another 8. Too easy. Finally, hung a 35lb off myself for 6 good reps.
I' m going to try for the 45lb.
Weighted pull-ups should be an interesting addition to my arsenel of good back building exercises.
So far, they are my new favorite.
