Weighted Vests Anyone?

So has anyone on here used a weighted vest to aid in speed training? If so what did a typical workout look like?

I've used them in body weight exercises, hiking.. etc. Just 20 lbs is enough. No experience with speed training workouts using them but I'm sure somebody here or a quick search and you'll find some. Ross over at RossTraining seems to use them a lot in his crazy workouts.

Matthew McChanhauy (sp) uses them to do cardio, if you've ever seen the shape he's in.
