For Creatine, 10 grams is sufficient per day. More than 10 will probably not be used and discarded. Dont waste you money.

For the weight gainer, 2-3 shakes per day is good. If you can get in 5-6 good meals per day the weight gainer shouldnt be needed. Stick with the protein shakes instead.

Exactly.. too much of what.. Creatine or the weight gainer?

And what do the directions tell you to take?

from what ive read, 6-10 grams of creatine before or after a workout if more than enough...as far as protein goes, isnt a GAINER shake just a TON more servings than a regular shake?? plus the fillers! just everytime u eat, THINK PROTEIN, and pick wisely!!!

My goal is to gain mass then lean out. The weight gainer that I take has 830 cals 103 carbs and 52 protein. I usually take it around 10 a.m. and Cell tech at 5:30 p.m.

First step, calculate how many calories you should be taking in, then determine whether you eating too much/too little...you can't answer that question without coming up with at least a rough estimate of would you need and what your currently taking in....

for young people, its reccomended to take in small amounts of protein through out the day, older preople should take in large amounts fewer times a day.....a buddy of mine SAID, the body can only digest/process 30 grams every couple of hours....so take in 20-30 grams every 2-3 hours....i didnt read that anywhere but it sounds GOOD!!
