hey, I've just bought a tub of Inkosport Extreme Weight Gainer but it says to take 200gr/ 8 soup spoons on the stuff in each serving..this seemes like a lot and it ain't that cheap and if I follow their portions, this time next week I'll be buying a new tub..Do you reckon that I can half the dose without losing all the benefits of weight gainer?

I tried finding some information on the ingredient profile but I didn't come across anything. Chances are that if it is like every other weight gainer on the market place with 1200 to 1500 calories. Split the serving in half, otherwise the only weight you are going to gain is around the wasteline. Make your own weight gainer with a good quality plain or vanilla protein blend, add some milk, a banana or berries, or even some ice cream. This will save you a lot more money and you can add some variety to your shakes.
