I eat ALL THE TIME, but I still am having trouble gaining weight. Any weight gainers or tips I should try?

Hmmm... are you eating healthy foods? you might just have a reallly high metabolism... do you mean you are having trouble gaining weight in general or not enough muslce?

I have a really high metabolism. My muscle weight gain is ... okay i guess I am seeing good results but I was told i need to increase my calorie intake and I already eat constantly for weight gain but Im not seeing that much of a difference.

i kno its been awhile since u posted this but i decided to answer now because im reading alot of posts haha, i use a weight gainer called PROSPORT GAINER 60grams of protein and 1100 cals per serving(with water the protein is 40grams), 2% milk 60grams, 1% milk 48 grams...per serving. You can get it in chocolate and vanilla. i got chocolate and its amazing. prosport makes alot of things, not just weight gainers. If there is a NUTRITION HOUSE where u live then they will have it (i think nutrition house may be only in canada, but i dunno). or BETTER BODIES is another store that might have them, go to google and look go to local, and put where u live etc, and the name of the stores, and if theres one where u live it'll pop up. srry ment yahoo...google is canadian. :)
