Weight loss help

I'm 5'4" and 149 lbs. I want to lose 10-15 lbs in the next 3 months. My diet is good (no fast food, lots of water, etc.) But just for a guideline, about how many calories should I be getting per day to reach this goal? Exercise is the main part I need help with. I can't get a gym membership right now, or buy any expensive equipment, so that's not an option. So basically I have running, basketball, biking, jump roping, and other stuff like that available. How much of each of those specific activates should I do to burn a good amount of fat each day?

You can burn fat without resistance training; although you'll lose muscle. Running / cardio in a calorie deficit leads to your body using fat as a source of fuel. All of those exercises you named were good for enhancing cardiovascular performance. Doing something on an empty stomach (when you first wake up) is a good way to burn fat and usually it's recommended you to run / walk after resistance training since those would be the two times of the day glycogen levels are the lowest. You've already announced you do not have access to those types of training. You can still do (good cardio / endurance workout) multiple push ups, sit ups and pullups. If you have a kitchen, you can still do bodyweight dips.

search for a calorie calculator online that you can enter your activity level and goal (which is weight loss) and it should give you a pretty good idea where to start

Find out what your calorie maintenance number is and subtract 500 from that. Count the calories you eat as diet is the main thing to losing weight. Since you cannot do weight training, try doing some Tabata routines. You should be able to find something you can do. They work great for losing weight fast. -Mike
