i do wrestling and i am un sure of what you eat less of in order to loose weight. First of all, i workout at my gym 3-4 times a week. I recently started the atkins diet (low carb, high protein - 200 grams aday of protein) I weighed about 160 two weeks ago, and i now weigh 154. The thing that im having probelms with is that i train pretty intensely, and by eating low carb, i dont have much energy in the gym. In order to loose weight am i supposed to eat little carbs, or and i instead suppose to cut down on calories? which one makes you loose fat? If so, can i get an estimation of how many carbs and calories im supposed to eat. Any input would be highly appreciated.
