Okay, I'm looking to lose a few pounds before the Spring Break season. I currently work out 3-5 times a week but I can't seem to lose the belly, I'm 6'2 200. I'd like to get down to 185 or so, are there any good supplements to take before or after my workout?

Taking supps to get rid of the belly is not really gonna help much unless you get the diet and workout figured out. If you can post your diet routine, we can clean it up probably..

Welcome! I don't know about supplements, but I think that doing more cardio can help with losing the belly. And now if that would work with my butt...LOL! _______________________________________________ Los Angeles Fitness Camp

I would recommend at least 5 cardiovascular sessions a week upon waking and carbohydrate cycling. As far as supplementation goes, you want to lose fat not muscle, something like BCAAS and green tea/caffeine will ''help''
