Hey everyone, i'm not ashames to admit it that i am weedy, i need to bulk up my shoulders, stomach or toned what ever its called, my arms and my legs... i'm vegetarian so i dnt eat meat so have to stick to beans for protien lol. i dnt know anything or where to start, please help?

soy protein and most soy products. protein supplementation might also be necessary for you.
