Hey everyone, i'm not ashames to admit it that i am weedy, i need to bulk up my shoulders, stomach or toned what ever its called, my arms and my legs... i'm vegetarian so i dnt eat meat so have to stick to beans for protien lol. i dnt know anything or where to start, please help?

Welcome! Check out this thread for some ideas on protein, you'll need it to bulk.

Then go here to figure out how many calories you need to be consuming a day.

After that head to the training forum to get some insight on how you should be training to bulk up.

soy protein and most soy products. protein supplementation might also be necessary for you.

squats: 400 lbs.
