My friend is lookin to be real competative in water polo any lifts rutines supplements just advice will help thanx

....In my nearly 18 years of life...I have never heard of water polo....

We used to play water polo when i was in swimming and I would say that it uses all your muscles.  Just have him work everything.  But i am not too sure hope it helps.

My college roommate is on the waterpolo team and the best advice she had was in the pool just tread water for hours and hours b/c you def need that more than anything and it works your whole body...
 
Out of the pool, her lifts are a lot of legs, rotator cuff exercizes, bis, tris, delts, pecs, lats, and forearms.  It you need specifics and I can look into a little more.

Yea id like to know some rutines or w/e could really help thanx oh hes a freshman now but he's already on varsity hes really good but he needs a edge more conditioning and lifting
