I usually go the the"half gallon for every 50 pounds of bodyweight" rule.
most ppl on here would be drinking about 1.5-2 gallons then. i dont think i could drink more than 16 cups a day without it becoming a problem. i dont see why more than that would be necessary though
I should have said half gallon for every pound of LBM....But I still I drink a gallon and a half to two gallons a day anyhow...easily.
maybe its because I'm out in the hot sun all day ...but I drink that much in the winter too...
