Hi, Ive been traning for a few weeks now and am slowley loosing weight and putting muscle on. I am not taking any sorts of shakes. I really still want to get my body fat down low as its not that low but still be putting on muscle. I was thinking about taking LA Muscle Sculpt + LA Muscle Whey. I don't want to be putting on any fat though. What do you think I should take??
Im traning 5 days a week cardio + weight traning every day. I am eating healthier than i was haha ( im geting there)
Any help please

Read this first- before getting into supps, you should really make sure your diet's doing all it can to help you reach your goals. Most supps are designed to work best with a diet that's already geared towards those goals anyway- and besides, since you're just starting out, you should get as much out of your diet before spending money on anything else- that way, you'll be able to tell what your diet's doing for you, and when you do start taking them, what the supps are doing. If you start everything all at once, you won't be able to tell where the results are coming from.
So- Read the link I gave you above to learn more about why the proper amount of calories is so important, and then, at the bottom of that article, there's another link to a post about calorie calculators. Use the info in that post to find out how many calories a day you really need for your fat loss goals.
