32 inch waist

5'8 154lbs

3 weeks of bad eating, lost some muscle, giving me that skinyfat look. Ate bad foods, no excersise. here I am.

What Should I do when I get back

Diet and routine was solid when i left. Clean clean clean, even on vacation I havent touched soda.

Well it sounds like you have a general idea of what you're talking about, so I think you know what you have to do. Doing it on the other hand isn't easy for some people. Just force yourself through these first couple weeks and ya should be fine.
