Was doing good, then went on vacation - Monday, July 21, 2008 12:02 PM ( #1 )
3 weeks of no excercise and **** eating, body went to hell, lost muscle getting that skinnyfat look.

What should I do when I get back?

I just replied to this and it didn't show up...

Get your diet straightened out, and what does your routine look like now? Or what are you planning on doing when you get back?

i don't think you're going to lose a ton of muscle in three weeks.  i'm not sure how long it takes, but you just haven't stimulated them lately, so it'll look alittle different.

just get back in the gym and train

Yea I was worried about this happening with me when I go on vacation in a few weeks. I am thinking of bringing a bottle of BCAAS with me so I can at least take them so I maintain what I have now.
