Warm-up - Tuesday, November 22, 2005 8:29 AM
What the best to warm up for a PL meet for each lift. Do some light then some heavy? I usually work my way up to almost close to my openers.

I always have my dad do a warm up set at about 50% of his opener for 10 reps. 6 reps at about 70%, 1 rep at 80% then a 50% 5 rep cooldown. Thats for bench though. He doesn't DL or Squat.
(My DAD 62 years old 220 lbs. prostrate cancer survivor 320 lb. RAW bench)
It feels better RAW
