Hey Im a 6 foot almost 15 Bench Max 185 Go to the gym about 2-3 times a week for 2 hours I need a workout that will work with freeweights and cheap stuff no machines I just need someone to tell me what kind of a workout i need to do. I want to get my abs to really start popping out and my bench max to increase greatly. Also biceps and shoulders need an increase since I play football. I need to increase my weight a ton but absolutely no fat still want to look good. Also something that will help my speed and agility.

Dont worry give it a few hours and you will have a few new routines and about 6 people saying try the Max-OT search google for it or search DB and you will find many post about it PS many people here swear by it i havnt gotten around to trying it yet but i will soon enough

I have a great football workout for you. Mon -- Lower Body Power Clean 5x2 Squat 3x3 SLDL 3x5 Side Bends 2x6 Cable Crunches 2x6 Run cross country or bleachers for at least 30min Wed -- Upper Body Push Press 3x3 Close Grip Bench Press 3x5 BB or DB Rows 3x5 Pullups 3x5 (add weight if needed) Do updowns, bear crawls, seal walks for at least 30 min total Fri -- Speed Day Box Squat 8x2 @ 60% 1RM Speed Bench 8x2 @ 60% 1RM (vary your grip) Rotator Cuff Work Grip Work Sprint 10, 20, 40, 50, 100, 200yds at least 3 times each Sat -- Position Day Work on the skills needed for your position

im not sure if a lot of cardio is really necessary for football in the off season... i just focus on strength until football gets nearer.

I usually say not to start running till summer, but I was too lazy to put that in there lol.
