Well i picked up a bottle of the Body Fortress NOS on monday, used tuesday and today. So far not really any big pumps...if anything todays work out ( chest and shoulders) was kinda bland..and now i dont really feel as if i worked out at all. But it sounds like it may take a couple of uses for the full efects to come right?? I plan on following the dirrections on the bottle and using it only on workout days.

I would estimate that you should feel the effects by the end of the first week. For me, I nearly feel it right away. Some people though said that it doesn't work for them so I think it depends on the individual. Also, next time you do a chest workout, finish it with a set or two of pushups to failure and see if you can feel the difference. And toolman Better than with what rep range? I'm guessing lower reps...? Exactly.

Personally, I also think it takes a low bf% to see N.O. products working. With higher body fat, it's easier to see the higher level of vascularity and the "swolleness" that the products give to you.

Wait so its easier to so higher level of vascularity and swolleness with higher or lower BF%? In my opinion, and personal experience, it is easier to see the vascularity (because there is no overlying fat on your blood vessels) and swolleness with a lower body fat percentage. When I took N.O. Xplode and NOS (at different times of course), my veins were a LOT bigger than they normally were. That's all that vasodilator products do for me. I mean, they increase blood flow, so more nutrients are distributed, but I buy them for motivational purposes, lol. Cuz getting physically pumped pumps me up and keeps me in the game. But my friend, who was 22% body fat, got a rush off the caffeine in no xplode, but couldn't tell a thing by looking at or feeling his arms... That may have just been his reaction though. And toolman quote: Better than with what rep range? I'm guessing lower reps...? Exactly. K, that makes perfect sense. Plus, for most people, better size gains are made between 8 and 12 reps...

Yes, an empty stomach maximized results when I took it, but I hate lifting hungry, lol, so I normally didn't take it on an empty one. And also, I forgot to post earlier that it took between 4 and 6 uses for me to experience the full effect of either N.O. Xplode or NOS.

I mean that I didn't see much day one. Then from then on till the 5th or 6th use it kept getting better but I didn't feel it fully until the 5th or 6th time. Like the pumps were only mediocre till then.

I think its been about a week now and I really got a good pump yesterday doing biceps and tris. I never really get too great of a pump doing bi's and now I can say the product is really doing what it says it does. Higher reps really, really cause big pumps.

It has been a week for me as well and I agree with you. In comparison to Nitrix by BSN, I don't feel it is worth it to spend the extra $$. NOS will work the same and is way cheaper. My veins are bustin through!!

This product increases blood flow? if so would it be best to take some whey with it to push the aminos to the muscles faster or would it cancel the effects?

This is what it says word for word on the bottle: "Try stacking Super NOS Pump w/ Body Fortress Whey Protein(Any whey will do) immediately after your workout for improved amino acid delivery to muscles." I'd say go for it.
