Ramping weight to top set of 5 (which should equal the previous Friday's heavy triple)

can u show me a lil scheme pls i just really dont get it?

Sounds like it just means to gradually increase weight over 5 sets. Like a set with 20lbs, then 30lbs, etc.
Might be wrong thought.

it means that lets just say ur final set is maxing at 225 and u want to ramp the weight for 5 sets u would do
205, 210, 215, 220, 225

but it depends on the weight incremements. thats pretty close to eachother, most likely it would be bigger gaps like
145, 165, 185, 205, 225

what routine is this for?
