Just watched a guy this morning on USA clean and jerk 410 pounds, and the commentators indicated that he could still go 30 pounds or so higher. Holy crap was that impressive as all hell. I feel bad for one of the competitors. He was just cruising thru the Snatch, put up his personal best and all, all he needed to get was 215Kgs in the Clean and Jerk (snort, ALL, lol) and it looks like he pulled his right hammy on his first attempt, he still tried on his 3rd, man, did my heart go out to him, he gave it a shot but hell even I could tell he was massively HURTING even when he took his grip. All I have to say is that I sat there and watched 30 minutes of guys hoisting some SERIOUS weight. Impressive. Paul
