my routine is a way radomized :: but i really like to push heavy on my first execise with long break 1-2min 4*8 then i do 2 exercise with only 30 sec break 4*8 then i finish with a super set or a 30 rep set and with 30 sec break still 4 set
i really enjoy 30 sec break between set may seem hard to do ( it is ) but it work so great for me
The only 2 muscles group i work together is Bi/tri
i do each muscle once a week except for legs......... twice a week
i never cardio but i try to play badminton once a week
i take around 1 to 2 day off per week
(i am not really based on a 7 days routine) guess why??????
i really dont calculate my calories, carbs,protein intake i eat very clean never drink no dessert no chips no fries no fast food. I can hold on without cheating for months and months. And you know how it is if you get to know your body well enough you really dont need to calculate anything to make good gain every year. (6 to 10 pounds)
still i eat meat 4 or more times a day and i know how to manage my carbs well enough for cutting and bulking pre or post work out
i try to eat almond or other nut every days
I at least eat aroung 200g of protein a day ?????
