they look more like 16... But hey who am I to say what they are  BTW nice physique buddy. I really like that lat spread your deltoids even look really incredible. Your BF% is about the same as mine I just really like your Lat spread. Your physique almost looks like mine.. thats pretty crazy, I think you got me beat though.

BTW I'm 16.5 w/my biceps pumped I'm guessing I'd add another .5 to 1" if I had my tris and bis pumped. I have huge tris. IDK it kind of sucks I have one muscle that explodes without trying and those are my tris. I wish it was my chest or my bis but my tris will look great after I fill in those bi's.

Ha I would but I dont have a camera at school. I'll have one up soon enough though, Once I finish my cut I'll have afters up. I took some befores on my phone but you cant see them really well, and they cost $.75 per picture sent. but I'll post some in a couple of months.

mine are now 14.875''
how tight do you pull the tape measure when measuring? the way i usually do it the tape measure is touching skin all the way around but i don't know if you are supposed to pull really tight. if i pull it really tight then they are only 14.5''.

You and me both.. I am finally just about 16 1/2 though. at a full pump 16 1/2 but thats at a full pump so regularly flexed its only 16 and a quarter  God Lowerd wouldn't you love to have some 17's!

omg looking at these i feel like a wimp haha ohh well im 15 7%bf 5ft 2 114lbs working out for 8 weeks with 12.5'' (started off with 10'' arms) ohh well looking at these are getting me wanting to work even harder soooo thats exactly what im going to do
