WHICH BRAND OF CREATINE SHOULD I USE

I currently have Prolab but i also but NOW creatine as well. Just stay away from that creatine serum. I remember seeing lab results indicating that only 2% of the serum was actually creatine. Anyone else seen or heard this?

There's a post somewhere on this forum about creatine serum. Basically, creatine isn't stable in a liquid form.
