Ok, and you said sense I have extra fat in my gut I should cut? Or should I do the protein, and use creatine and just go for gains? I want to get bigger, but you said it's best to cut now.

Yes, that's bull****. 5g of creatine per day is all you need, 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off is ideal. Cut the fat, then build the muscle. You should eat protein as an appetite suppressant and to help maintain the mass you currently have.

Ok but after all the research I have done. Wouldn't protein and creatine help me work out harder, in which I can build more muscle...in which u said will burn more fat faster? Not being a wise ass here, but I'm confused now.

I've already said this - you won't build muscle while burning fat... it involves two different types of calorie consumption... one requires anabolic state (a calorie surplus) the other involves a calorie deficit (catabolic state). You can do both at once, but it's a much slower and more difficult process... experts and pro bodybuilders don't bulk then cut just for the hell out of it. Avoid creatine while cutting.

You have to nail your calories exactly and spend loads of times calorie counting and etc and get your macro nutrients on sset.. Cellmass is overpriced, it's just a form of monohydrate and monohydrate and micronized creatine are really the most productive forms. I've tried cell mass, didn't gain hardly anything but water weight, when I switched to monohydrate my workout was about 20 minutes longer. My mono is usually about $20.00, creatine isn't even really needed, it can just help enhance workouts for some people and others don't even respond to it. Mono is also tasteless. Gaining muscle requires a calorie surplus, putting your body at an anabolic state- Requiring you to consume more calories than you burn. You need loads of carbs and fats for glycogen and fatty acids that form ATP in the mitochondria (which is the source of energy for exercising muscles) and creatine phosphate and generally the anaerobic system will try to replenish the ATP levels as you workout and generally takes 2-5 minutes. When these are low it's VERY difficult to gain muscle. You need about 2.7g of carbohydrates per lb of bodyweight when bulking and less than that when cutting. You can get stronger in a calorie deficit, some easier than others, but it's extremely difficult to get bigger in one...bodybuilders don't bulk then cut just for the hell of it.

I see on other sites that they say I should be taking 300g of protein per day with food and supplements. Holy **** I'm only 200lbs and 48lbs of fat, so the charts say. I disagree. I'm going to bulk up now. So 6 meals a day, and I want to know if I up my protein intake or not.

Extra protein really isn't necessary- It's not a primary source of energy, but it's used to repair muscle tissue, grow hair, grow nails and it has other functions. 1.5-1.8g of protein per kg of bodyweight is the general guideline- Anything more than that will just be used for energy or stored as fat, I've progressed very quickly by eating only 30g per meal for five meals per day.

Ok my protein is good from what you said above. I have seen results sense may 29th when I hit the gym. I have gone everyday too. I'm not sore or anything. I just don't seem to be lifting alot of weight. I'm doing machine weights as well. Free weights when I get in better shape. My shoulders are showing the best results so far. My biceps and calfs are looking good only when I flex though. My weight is 192 so I lost one or two pounds. The only fat i'm looking to loose is my belly, which when flexed is rock hard & you can see my abs. I should just add calories, and start gaining huh? My doctors says I'm 48lbs over weight, but my friends say hell no that can't be right.

My diet needs to get rid of the coffee I drink. It's x-cream and xxxxx-sugar. That's making my belly I think anyways. What can I switch coffee with? I cut way down, and drink tons of water. But should I be drinking anything else other then my protein shakes?
