WHAT SHOULD I DO? (abs)

ok i wam to gain some weight and muscle but at the same time lose some stomach fat, what should i do? alot of sites say to get perfect abs i hav to eat less and train hard, but i want to gain weight??? what da if i just eat alot of HEALTHY food and workout (no cardio) will it burn off the fat and make it into muscle? sorry bout the noob questions i am a noob

Depends on your calorie intake and how much you use. Most people either bulk entirely and then cut entirely or the other way if theyre fat and wanna get thin-then gain muscle if youre gonna do something you may as well focus on one thing My suggestion is to cut-medium weights 10-16 reps (this will gain muscle definition and size-but a lot slower) get the BF% down, as long as youre not TOO fat it shouldn't actually take that long, eat moderate amounts 6 times a day, make sure to not go over 3000 cals as thats bulking, then after a few months you should have abs (depending on your BF% right now) and then start bulking, as its easier than doing both and faffing around with shoddy results that can backfire

Dont eat less, if you wanna gain weight how are you gunna do that with eating less? You need to set goals what comes first, abs or muscle??? and you base you diet accordingly. Btw whatever websites tell you that, you should never look at again.

So basically gain weight for a while (bulking) and then decrease your calorie intake somewhat and pump up the cardio. Does this sound right and if so wouldnt bulking first to build up nice big muscles in the abs then cutting provide a better look?Some please correct me or tell me if I am right

i used to be skinny and have kinda nice abs but den i started weight gainign( extra 7kg) and now my stomach starting to get a potbelly lol ok more cadio and eat more should do it?

Its all about the body fat%. I do nothing for abs but I still have a really nice four pack, the bottom two can be hard to see at times but you can still see them. So I have a six pack and I do nothing for abs. You just gotta lower the fat.

well i think you need to do one thing at a time... if you want to lose fat then do alot of cardio. ( running, joging, jump rope etc..) Also try to take in fewer calories. however if your gaining muscle then you should eat a bunch of healthy food rich in complex carbs and protein, and lots of calories. also i know some kids take pills that burn your fat off, can't really remember what the one my friend used was called. well good luck!
