I buy from allthewhey.com. They have decent prices if you buy in bulk, like 50lb bags. The only bad part is transfering into containers. Chocolate tastes great and it shakes with water very easily.

Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Gold Standard is the best I have ever taken. I've used 24 Hour Fitness brand Apex and EAS Myoplex and this beats both of them by far. Dissolves almost completely especially if you use a blender or electric mixer. Also the most economical I have found and the best tasting. Take 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight a day and you'll be in good shape with your most important supplement.
