Whole grain carbs(pastas breads) sweet potatos, brown rice. For carbs
Protein- Fish, chicken, beef, eggs
Healthy fats- olive oil, nuts, salmon

Thats a pretty small list i know, but you can do a whole lot with mixing and matching those.
No food tastes as good as looking good Feels.

I eat a whole pizza by myself after a workout sometimes lol... I figured out that the only way I could gain weight was not really paying attention to what I eat. The only stuff I really don't touch is mayo, deep fried foods, and soda. I started out at 6'2" 175ish and now weight 205.

I should mention though. That yes I do eat like a pig. I usually 5 eggs a day, and chicken and fish are an every day food for me and that can be many times a day with the fish and chicken.

I shop at sams club where I can get giant bags of fish and chicken. I just go nuts from there.

^^^ EEEWW, Gross! GO whole

LOL, skim is gross to me, tastes like watered down whole or 2%.

Whole milk, ~2500 calories a gallon!  Gallon a day, drink up, and don't forget to squat!

Whole foods.

Chicken, eggs, whey, and tuna I rely on for my protein.

Carbs I rely on veggies, fruits, and rice.

Fats I get enough of. Don't really have a favorite specific fatening food.
