When you have limited contol over what your parents buy for grocery and can't get whey, make it a goal to drink alot of milk. I would aim for about 10 cups a day (keep in mind that by cups I mean measurements, typical glass will hold around 2 cups worth of milk)

First design a food based bulking routine you can do now.

Second, enroll your parents in the health and vitality benefits of your training and how your being passionate is good, isn't it?  And you need the people closest to you to support you...

What about a job...even a paper route Smile will buy your protein.  Show them how much it meeans to YOU.

Eating more food from a mixed diet overall will get you what you want if you are training consistently.  Just be sure you are gaining muscle not fat...don't join the ranks of obese kids out there..Smile

Its about 4 litres for 4 bucks where I live. Probably less for you guys in the states. Milk is pretty cheap.
