hi, i need a high source of carbs to mix it with 40 gm Whey protein as my post workout shake. I heard about Maltodextrin and vitargo supplements as a good source of carbs. i'm a little bit confused between NOW Carbo gain and
Professional Supplements Pure Vitargo.I need your advice which is better, or do they have the same effect ?....thnx

I have taken Vitargo CGL by Nutrex. I think it is an awesome product. I had a lot of luck with it. I have a couple bottles set aside for when I get over my injury. Professional Supps is your pure form and IDS makes a product called Waxy Maize (I think that is what it is called) I will try to remember, A very popular supplement company has picked up on the idea and selling it too. Go for it great product.
