Well, i've been taking these vitamens I got at GNC.  It's called "Mega Men Sport".  It's a multivitamen with some amino acids thrown in there.  I know the multivitamen is important in bodybuilding, and is supposably a big help.  I don't exactly now how and why though.  The guy at GNC insisted I got it, and I decided what the hell it's $20 for 45 servings and I remembered that the vitamens I took as a little kid made me feel great.  I also figured this would take my nutrition to the next level, and give me an advantage.

Well screw working out, after my first few days of taking them I noticed a lot of nice things.  I wake up with a lot more energy, and I can stay awake in class beter.  I also stopped drinking so much soda, and i've noticed that I don't feel like crap through out the day anymore.  The vitamens have benefited me in that way, just like a little kid that takes vitamens.

Ok, now it gets more complicated.  My friend told me that I shouldn't take the "Mega Men" vitamens.  I asked why and he said that the whole point of them was to enhance libido and sexual performance.  I took a closer look at the bottle and it says "Performance formula for actice men".  Now... does this mean sexual performance for sexually active men?  Or is this just some stupid coincidence and it means "Performance (atheleticly) for active (physicly) men."  The funny thing is, I think i've noticed something... you know... in that way.  But I don't know if thats what the purpose of these vitamens are.

So I really like these vitamens, but do they benefit me as an athlete/body builder?  Besides this overal healthy feeling during the day, would it enhance my performance?  Or does it just benefit me by making me feel healthier, and in a better mood to work out?  Perhaps it just fills all the percentages of vitamens that I need during the day.

To sum it all up, i'm not really sure.  What are these vitamens really good for, and how would they benefit me as an athlete/body builder?  Thanks!

Weigh the benefits you get while taking the supplement against feeling the way you used to feel before you started.
And, did you notice that something....in that way before or after your friend pointed it out?
I have discovered through my years that if I share something with a friend....I have Always regretted opening my mouth about it.
I was taking a supplement that had potassium in it, and when I shared the Info (only the info, mind you), her guy slammed me with "just eat a banana, you will get your vites that way and cheeper too!  That was not the point of the supplement, but she saw that I was "pushing" this on her....lost the frendship over it.
Not worth keeping, as it turns out...
just my .02!

The label refers to working out......these are not bad vitamins, middle of the line, not crap and not the best.  Usana has great multis but at 100 buckx per month.....
