Vitamin Pills and Ketosis

Do vitamin pills have carbs in them? Like Fish Oil, my caps are made of gelatin. Safe to consume, or should I just chew on them to get the oil out, and spit out the cap? What about centrum/allergy pills/etc? The bottles never say the carb count.

If it has any it's not going to be significant enough. If they were meant to be taken without the capsule it would've been in a liquid form already. I know some medications/pills have to be swallowed whole to be most effective.
