This is stupid but I am in Shock.
I weight myself this morning and have gained a total of 12 pounds over the last 3 weeks.
I also had someone come up to me today and say I look like I have lost weight and ask me what kind of diet I am using.
Is it really possible to make that much of a difference in 3 weeks?
I was actually worried about gaining the 12 lbs until that person came up to me and said that.
I have raised my calorie intake to 3200 so I know where the weight is comming from. (actually I go over 3200 most of the time)
I am getting about 180 grams of Protien per day, 150 Carbs, and about 30 Grams of Fat.

Well muscle does weigh MORE than fat.  Are you taking measurements of your body to see what you have lost? You can not really gage by the scale...

Depends on how new you are to body building (newbie gains) and how overweight you might have been.  I have a friend now that has lost around 10 lbs in a week.

He simply started eating right and quit drinking.

He dropped 10 lbs fast.

Normally 1 lb a week is ideal but it kinda depends on your body composition too.  Way overweight people can drop weight very fast in the beginning and it's not dangerous or a big deal physically.

I checked on my weight every week and changes were wery little like 1lb a week (gain) or non at all than 2 week ago my weight came out to be 160lb. and a week after that im 165lb. i gained 5lbs. in one week, and i was eating less than all the time, but took 10g. of creatine daily, creatine made me drink a lot, at least i think so, and ive noticed that i sweat a lot more not, well it could be becouse its like 85 F. right now.

I have a friend now that has lost around 10 lbs in a week.

Im so glad im not the only one that does that, then again i need to gain 10lbs not lose it if you look at my weight in my siggy.
Weight gain could've happened if you was having a growth spurt, growing can gain quite a bit of weight, if its very fast growing.

As to the losing weight, my weight fluctuates, and can gain/lose 14-20lbs RANDOMLY it seems.
I told my friend andrew about this and he said 'you look skinny but you obviously can't lose muscle or your bodies weight that fast unless its fat, so you have a lot of fat in your body, you just seem to store it well"

which i kind of agree with.
If i weight 145lbs and can lose 14lbs in one go thats 10% bodyfat that i have, even more most definately, yet am skinny as HELL, so maybe your body stores fat well in areas spread all over to make overall volume look less but true weight still the same.

Im a newbie so i could be chatting crap but this is what i have to say lol
