Has anyone had any luck by using a vertical leap training programs? I have heard that they are very easy and effective. If you tone the muscles related to having a higher vertical leap, does it have other benefits too? I have found good information on this site: http://athletic-advantage.blogspot.com It seems like it is pretty beneficial all around. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
