Vein running down my bicep

Is there any way to get that vein running down the center of my bicep to stick out more?  I assume it might just be genetics and fat loss.

im pretty sure everyone has that vein,  you just need to get below a body fat % i THINK.

i have the veins in my forarms that stick out while working out,  but i ave not yet gotten the bicep vein.

it will come im sure.

im new to this i have only been doing this for a month so i could be wrong on what i said.

i just assume it is there on everyone because EVERY huge bodybuilder i have seen pics of has the vein.

pretty much every vein in my arms show, I have a couple running on my bicepts, they show right now even though I'm in a bulking phase and about 15-20lbs heavier than when I lean for summer, I think it has more to do with how vascular(how many veins you have, how large they are) you are than anything else.  Even the veins in my chest and legs show, and when I'm lifting all of my veins really show.  I think the more you lift the more you are going to see your veins

That's one of your cephalic veins. It is a superficial vein (as opposed to deep), meaning that it is located beneath the skin, but outside the muscle.

The best way to get it to show is to get your body fat % down.

You can see from my avatar and my signature roughly what BF% is necessary. Since I started bulking, I've lost a lot of vascular definition in my abs and my thighs, but 7-10% seems to be a typical range to start really seeing it when you're not pumped. Around 5%, you start noticing veins on top of veins

Is being veiny like that really low bf%? I mean i know some skinny guys and their not loaded with veins.

I always thought that as you worked out, more blood pumped and the vein expanded (my own theory never looked into it ),  suppose it does have something on low Bf%...

If you aim for nothing, you'll hit it every time.

That's what I always thought, but my arms get pretty pumped and I don't really see the vein.  Then again, my body fat isn't that high either so it might just be genetics

Since I've lost some bf...I now have veins on the chest and thighs.
My bicep has one even not pumped...when pumped it's amazing to see how big it becomes !
FLOW !!

The more you grow, the more your veins grow...this is also a factor.
