Vault

I had good results with V-12 Turbo and i thought i would try Vault. The flavor is Citrus Punch, however it is a very strong tasting supplement. The after taste is the worst part. It doesnt taste great or taste too bad. Also like V-12, Vault is to be taken with 16oz of water. There are 40 servings per container, so this will last a while and it easy on the wallet. So I will be updating the thread of the next few weeks. Stay tuned....

Cool.

Never heard of it (but never looked either). V12 has always been my fav creatine transport to date. It works, it's inexpensive and it lasts quite long.

I've seen the ad in the muscle mags. I havent seen it in a store until now. Online shops carry it as well. It worked well with my back workout today. So hopefully it will continue to work.

Im convinced that this supplement tastes bad. To get beyond the tatse, i need to mix it with orange gatorade. The effects of this supplement are subtle but it does what a preworkout supp should do, get you ready for a great workout.

maybe I'm just ignorant, but.. There are many many suppliments out there for weight lifting. I've never heard of this, but.. I try to keep mine simple and natural (basic vitamins... etc, cellmass, protien, zma).

When it comes to flavored supplements, taste is a category that i must list in the top 2, price is the other. If it doesnt taste well, i have a hard time buying the supplement again. Vault works for me very well as a preworkout supplements, however the taste is nasty. I can force myself to drink it, but i have to chase it with a drink that can mask the after/taste. Like i said in a previous thread, there is 40 servings per container and i usually stick with 1 serving per day. So this supplement will last almost 6 weeks and is easy on the wallet. (little over a $1 per serving) If you want a preworkout supplement that will most likely work and you dont care about taste, then you should give Vault a try. I probably wont get it again due to the taste even though it works for me. So overall i would rank this supplement 2nd in my list of preworkout supplements that i have tried.

1) No-X
2) Vault
3) V-12 Turbo
4) SuperPump250

Maximum Pump by IronMagLabs isnt in the list since i have only taken it for 2 days now. It is also in pill form. The ones above are all powder. Results pending....

Finally I got this sup, and I have to say two things, one is that YES, THIS STUFF TASTES LIKE PUKE, but the other one is that it trully works. I mean, it does work way better than V 12 Turbo for me...
