I was just wondering, out of boredom and curiosity how many of you vary your cardio and how many stick to the same thing? I tend to have the best results when i vary mine randomly between HIIT, Guerilla, and old fashioned. Your thoughts, opinions, and experiences/results are wanted, and welcome

I have been doing HIIT for the most part... steady cardio in the mornings, usually HIIT later on in the day. Im going to start switching it up a little more though, going to try to add some more sports specific training and longer Low intensity sessions as well to keep my body from getting comfortable and efficient at one thing.

Well calories are burned through the rate of your heartbeat, the harder the heart pumps the more the body uses it's energy (calories), so I prefer to change cardio styles up. This way my heart doesn't become "ammuned" to a certain style of running/jogging/walking/etc and the heart rate maintains a fast pace. HIIT has been pretty good, but my favorite is running at full speed then slowly jogging up hill.
