How long is this vacation?

You never know a simple 1 week of rest might give your body a nice rest, and you'll end up the same strength or even more, if the body uses it to repair/grow muscle in its resting period.

Otherwise you can do exercises around the house/hotel or w/e

push ups for chest (1 armed will get your further Smile, or putting your hands right in the middle not by your sides, that KILLS triceps)
tricep dips using furniture simply.
sit ups for abs quite obviously too lol
legs, as long as it doesnt **** the carpet up or anything, i suppose you could do a very crude leg press via using the bed and lifting it up via leg pres fashion (Ive just made this up...improvisation you know lol)
biceps, i remember someone who didnt want to jump in 5lbs increments, so someone had the idea of tying little weights to the dumbell with string, simple do this but with items that are heavy, find a rope or some tough string, tie objects together and bicep curl that way....
back-deadlift the car LOL j/k
errrrm hmmm back....
ooooo
crab push ups....

i dont know if anyone knows crab push ups?

anyone even know the crab position?
basically its the same as a push up but upside down kind of, you have your stomach facing up, not down, and your arms and legs support you and you gradually lower yourself down and up, kills back, arms, legs and abs.

Hope this helps

crab position, you dont support yourself with the arms similar to tricep dip, you hang them back over your head and support yourself that way, otherwise itl be too easy lol

Im trying to find a pic in google, but its not coming up, i have found sites describing it but no damn PICTURES >_<

there are so many possiblities as to how you could use your surroundings as a gym. when i did my FIRST bicep curls it was with two of those topicana orange juice jugs. but you can always get a broom or something then hang two bags of rocks or whatever as a barbell Smile
