V12 Question for MDA

I was just thinking, the recommended dosage for this stuff is twice a day on workout days, and once on non-workout days. I thought I remember you mentioning you only took a single dose each day? If this is so, how did it work for you? I'd like to make this stuff last as long as I can and if the single dose works that would be a simple solution:) Oh btw- it says one serving is 9.5 grams, yet I also remember you saying you took 5g instead?? (I think I read your review on supps 101:P) Anyways did you find that to be enough, I only ask because this is my first creatine cycle and if its possible that it is enough then I will give it a try to and see how it works. I've got to make this stuff last being a poor college student and all! Thanks!

I'm not MDA, but I started v12 not too long ago and I was told by other members of DB that you will not experience the same results if only 1 dose is taken. I would go by what the label suggests on this.

If this is so, how did it work for you? I got the recommendation from a guy off of another forum. It seemed to work for me. And it did last longer. I dunno why I followed that exactly. My MO is to follow the directions and then modify as necessary. I did experience results with only 1 dose a day. I probably would have experienced it more if I took the recommended dosage 2x on a training day and 1x on an off day. I think 1x a day would be okay. I did feel it. Not optimal in my opinion but it's what I did for whatever reason and I did feel it.

V-12 Turbo... Its new and is suppose to be better than the original V-12, when you start your stack, go for the V-12 Turbo, I havent tried it yet, but I tried the original, 2 scoops b4 a workout, 1 scoop b4 bed and got better gains than with cell tech, I got 8 Lbs of muscle, and kept it all.
